- published an extensive school improvement/whole child planning tool
- created and supported as global network of schools and school districts implementing the whole child approach
- co-published a statement on the whole child approach as being central to high quality education with Education International (global teachers federation)
- co-published and promoted a statement on how health and social programs should be integrated within education systems rather than pushed as an additional burden on educators
- promoted leadership on inclusive school change in webinars and books such as Seven Steps to Lead Inclusive School Transformation (See the recorded webinar and handout) and The Way to Inclusion: How Leaders Create Schools Where Every Student Belongs
